About Amnesia

We are a small clothing brand based in the Atlanta area. No mass produced bullshit, everything we make is hand-printed in house, staying true to small-run garments, care, and quality over quantity.

Are your items handmade?
ALL graphics are screen printed by hand with care. Because of this process, minor variations in print placement or texture may occur and are part of the character of the garment. Sizing is is not affected by this.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location but usually take 3–7 business days within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
As of right now, unfortunately we do not.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If you experience an issue, contact the carrier first and then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there was a mistake made on our end.

Can I return an item if it doesnt fit?

If your item doesn’t fit, you can contact us and send it back. We will be happy to exchange it for the right size after you have contacted us. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Items must be clean, no damage, no stains or rips, and all tags attatched to be elegible for an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will work to resolve it.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or switched after shipping has taken place.

Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us at amnesia.store33@gmail.com before filing a payment dispute so we can work to resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior contact may be considered fraudulent activity.

Care Instructions

How should I wash my garment?
To keep prints looking their best:

  • Wash inside out

  • Use cold water

  • Wash with similar colors

Can I put it in the dryer?
For best results, air dry. If using a dryer, use low heat.

Can I iron the print?
Avoid ironing directly on the graphic. If needed, turn the garment inside out before ironing.
