Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there was a mistake made on our end.
Can I return an item if it doesnt fit?
If your item doesn’t fit, you can contact us and send it back. We will be happy to exchange it for the right size after you have contacted us. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Items must be clean, no damage, no stains or rips, and all tags attatched to be elegible for an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will work to resolve it.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or switched after shipping has taken place.
Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us at amnesia.store33@gmail.com before filing a payment dispute so we can work to resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior contact may be considered fraudulent activity.
