Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after processing. International: We currently do not ship internationaly.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders with 2 or more items qualify for free shipping.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your notification.

Lost or Stolen Packages Amnesia is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim directly with them. Reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are non-refundable.
